Shailesh Deshpande
Shailesh Deshpande is Head of Transportation Origination at ATLAS SP. Shailesh is responsible for origination and structuring of asset backed securities backed by transportation assets including aviation, railcars, containers, inland marine barges, and trucks.
Prior to joining ATLAS SP, Shailesh was Head of Transportation Asset Finance in the Securitized Products Group at Credit Suisse, which he joined in 2014. Before this, Shailesh worked in similar roles at RBS, Hexagon Securities and Barclays Capital.
Shailesh received his Bachelors of Commerce in Finance and Accounting from the University of Bombay and an MBA from Pace University.
